The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for enrollment related tasks at the company.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls and receive inbound calls to businesses to assist supplier in activating their profile


• Encourage companies to convert to electronic payments by joining the company responding to supplier objections with approved call scripts.


• Ability to quickly adjust performance based on feedback from call shadowing, coaching, QA, and QoS reports.


• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Two years of general office experience, preferably in a technical environment


• Customer Support experience


• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills


• Strong listening and analytical skills


• Ability to explain product features in a business-to-business tele-sales setting


• Intermediate level of knowledge with Internet technology


• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment


• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment


• Experience with MS Office applications


• Fluent in English and French or German or Italian or Spanish
