CHC Revenue & Strategy Planner Full-time

Your Mission:



Join Sanofi for a CHC Revenue & Strategy Planner role!


You will be accountable for supporting the definition of the Commercial Strategy and specific customer policies, leading their development and enablement. You will also support the Sales Plan and Gross to Net strategy, monitoring its performance and using analytical skills to identify incremental sales opportunities or corrective measures. You will contribute to strategic/business development by defining the commercial approach for the different product launches, supporting the definition of customer/territory 3D KPIs and coordinating with the relevant field teams that they have the right materials/info to execute with excellence.



Main responsibilities:



  • Develop excellent commercial launch plans, ensure readiness of the different enabling tools (commercial conditions, forecast, incentives, etc.) and the availability of the appropriate tracking

  • Develop and support business cases to identify and align the ideal product mix to drive growth by channel

  • Track sales investments and measure ROI. Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of activities as well as distribution, that then can be tied back to sales opportunities

  • Support the SiT and RETURNS analysis reports to identify opportunities in order to drive efficiency and improve GtN. Be involved to promote efficiency on the O2C process according to the sales needs

  • Work with National Sales Manager and Financial Controller to develop and financially model the annual commercial policy. Ensure commercial conditions setup in all the tools for the sales force and alignment with internal stakeholders

  • Monitor performance of new products, identifying corrective measures and ensuring field team have the necessary product information or materials

  • Run quarterly benchmarks for the main competitors

  • Support the sales channels to align the monthly and quarterly forecasts for the channels

  • Support and measure pharmacy groups performance and work close to the sales force to implement joint business plans ensuring in order to drive growth

  • Work with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and overall company goals

  • Support sales organization with documented discovery, solution validation, standard and customized demonstrations, proof of concept/value and actions to advance and close sales opportunities

  • Support business cases to identify and pursue revenue opportunities, collaborating with finance, marketing and operations as needed. Includes building visual representations via PowerPoint for executive review and approval

  • Coordinate Tenders process for private hospital channel; ensures the follow-up of requests for quotations from hospitals



About you



  • + 2 years working on similar role

  • Experience in Pharmacy Sales or FMCG industry

  • Knowledge of forecasting techniques and financial calculations

  • IT literate (Microsoft Office 365, web-based systems, etc.):

  • Proficient in analysis, reporting and tracking of market/consumer data

  • Strong project management and experience leading tasks and timelines

  • Dynamic, creative, proactive, results-oriented individual with a ?hands on? style. Shows accountability and measured risk taking in making decisions or resolving problems

  • Adaptability and resistance to a fast-paced, changing environment; ability to multi-task

  • Solid communication skills, especially written; able to digest complex data into simple textual or visual communications

  • Curious behaviour and willing to learn every new day

  • Higher education in Business administration or Similar

  • Fluent level of English
