About us
Hello, we are GetGround. We are a well-funded series A Tech scaleup in Europe and Asia with a mission to make the world fairer and more productive. We are doing this by making assets more transparent, trustworthy and accessible - starting with real estate. Incomes have stagnated, so more access to wealth generating things like real estate = less wealth inequality. We are disruptors building a global network for trading illiquid assets - and we have first mover advantage!


Our Co-Founder and CEO Moubin qualified as a Doctor and went on to have a successful career at McKinsey and private equity house, APAX. Moubin started GetGround with his brother and our CTO, Misrab. Misrab is a Stanford Computer Scientist that led the scaling of the Gojek Data Science team in Asia.

You will join GetGround's 20+ person Portugal hub and our global People team where we are passionate about creating a diverse, impactful and high performing organisation. This is a highly visible, high impact role, where you will have the accountability to innovate and scale yourself unlike any other organisation you have worked for.

Who you are

  • Open to international travel (when required, as long as safe to do so) and working in-office when we open office spaces in Portugal




What you will do





  • Be accountable for the identification and engagement of great talent in all GetGround locations

  • Use data and insights to drive campaigns that will enable us to scale with incredible talent, understanding how to use qualitative and quantitative data to influence decision making

  • Be a brand ambassador - engaging and cultivating your network through Meetups, webinars and new innovative approaches

  • Own and execute strategic projects focused on process improvement, innovation, D&I&E, candidate experience and sourcing


The skill and experience you will have



  • Sourcing and hiring top diverse talent

  • Ideally end-to-end recruiting experience hiring Tech talent (e.g. Software Engineers, Product Managers, Designers)

  • Experience of talent research and insights

  • Multitasking across pipelines, building and managing diverse candidate pipelines

  • Analytical skills and ability to track sourcing metrics, draw insights, and translate into action


You must have the right to work permanently in Portugal

What we do - in more detail


GetGround is developing the infrastructure for a global digital marketplace for assets enveloped in companies. Trillions of dollars of assets are tied in inefficient illiquid markets - think property, ships, factory machinery & infrastructure to name a few.
Enveloping an asset in a company unlocks liquidity by enabling the right legal basis for asset ownership, governance and exchange. However companies, one of humanity's greatest inventions, are stuck in the past. We are digitising and automating the company - starting by tackling UK private residential investment property, with £1.3 trillion of stock and £30-50 billion in transactions a year.
