Senior Operations Specialist (M/F/D) Full-time

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:




Manage all aspects around GBS HR Services as per the requirements cascaded by the Director and managers of the team, combining competent and professional business partnering with a constant enhancement of services in an efficient and value-adding way, the role is vitally supporting this target by following key responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collate daily the teams performance KPIs and update the trackers/dashboards indicated, ensuring deadlines and delivering according to established standards

  • Create and update regularly the slides and dashboards for different stakeholder groups, as per the calendar cascaded (e.g. MPR, DM tier 2 and 3, HRD presentation, etc.)

  • Actively participate /coordinate Problem Solving for different areas, as requested

  • Coordinate and lead different initiatives and continuous improvement projects across functional projects as required.

  • Coordinate/lead DTP regular updates and audits

  • Liaising with senior management on various assignment correspondences including HR policy issues

  • Support implementation of HR Services Strategy regarding tools, programs, and processes

  • Create and provide ad hoc reports/ reporting and analyze data, both for internal management and for external authorities / agencies to meet legal obligations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Solid knowledge of GBS HR Services scope

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills

  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint

  • Working knowledge of Aspen and SAP

  • Good understanding of legal regulations

  • Strong interpersonal skills combined with an ability to navigate easily within complex organizations, connect with a variety of functions, audiences, etc.

  • Able to prioritize workload while sometimes having a high-volume of admin work to execute

  • Timely and complete achievement of set goals, while maintaining appropriate quality of parameters

  • Highly results driven and self-motivated team player with integrity, trust, and perseverance.

  • Taking responsibility for solving problems

  • Ability to work under pressure as well as prioritizes and completes tasks in order of importance

  • Curious and growth mindset, keen to learn and approach subjects outside of comfort zone, look beyond the obvious






Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:


  • University degree in HR/Business Administration or similar

  • Fluent in English

  • Broad and deep understanding of job function

  • Strong knowledge of MS-Office applications
