Job Description:


Responsibilities - your mission



You will be supporting the Reward Operations department. You will be responsible to:



  • Collect timesheet data and Personal Administration (PA) information / Implement sickness & accident leaves in the system


  • Enter data into SAP or Workday / He manages requests to update employees' personal datas (data entry, corrections, work schedule, ..) in Workday.


  • Maintain accurate records of documentation and transactions


  • Respond to PA / Time related inquiries and resolving concerns


  • He ensures the archiving of administrative documents through various e-filing, Google Drive, SFS and Workday processes.



Requirements - our ideal candidate will have



  • Previous experience working in Human Resources




  • Fluent in FRENCH and English


  • Experience in SAP, Workday & Google Suite


  • Good communication skills


  • Strong organizational and time management skills


  • Detail-oriented


  • Results orientated, with a logical approach to completing tasks


  • Be able to work with minimal supervision and using own initiative


  • Demonstrate a ?can-do? attitude in all areas


  • Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines


  • Excellent interpersonal skills, be well organized and have a flexible approach
