As a Supplier Management administrator, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of the Supplier Life Cycle Management tool (SLM) at Infineon. Furthermore, you will be in close contact with different stakeholders (buyers, suppliers, etc.) on a daily basis.
In your new role you will:

  • Be responsible for the user accounts & role assignments validation ;
  • Provide internal user support , training and access to user guides ;
  • Be in close collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders ;
  • Manage change requests and monitor incident handling ;
  • Ensure the general data maintenance in the SynerTrade tool and system cleansing;
  • Be responsible for reporting the monthly/quarterly results in order to control the measurable activities against the planned figures;
  • Support the Yearly Supplier Evaluation ;
  • Work on the optimization of processes & automation to improve customer satisfaction;
  • Monitor supplier support cases and ensure supplier awareness of the correct point of contact;
  • Participate on ongoing projects ;


You are proactive, result-oriented and demonstrate high quality standards even when you have to multitask and work under pressure. Your strong communication skills allow you to quickly establish successful cooperation within your team and with others. Moreover, you have exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills and you always look at the big picture.
You are best equipped for this position if you have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Economics or another relevant field of studies;
  • At least 1 year of experience with SynerTrade (administrative/system setting)
  • is required;
  • Experience with supplier management processes and tools ;
  • Financial software experience is appreciated (SAP, Microsoft Office especially Excel);
  • Ability to work in project-structure environment;
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
