Office Manager & Personal Assistant Full-time

What you?ll do:





  • Act as the point of contact for all external and internal duties related to the office (maintenance, mailing, cleaning, procurement, finance and other suppliers)







  • Plan all the monthly and quarterly activities at the office







  • Be responsible for the office organization & operation







  • Coordination with HR & Comms as well with internal stakeholders and external suppliers on the planning of events, conferences, get-togethers and meetings or other activities







  • Welcome and support external visitors







  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment (maintenance and other needs)







  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with the different stakeholders in order to have all subjects up to date







  • Solve employees? queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware, and travel arrangements)





  • As a Personal Assistant, you will coordinate the agenda of the Senior Management team






  • Coordinate, organize and support a complex calendar and schedules







  • Manage confidential subjects with discretion







  • Be responsive to emails, text and phone calls







  • Plan and organize the Senior Management business trips






What you?ll bring:





  • Solid experience in Office Management or Admin roles





  • Above of 5 years of experience in a similar role







  • Will be considered a plus having +2 years working as an Office Manager in Software Houses or Digital Companies







  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)







  • Ability to deliver work to a high standard in a fast-paced environment







  • Ability to focus and deliver on several different projects simultaneously, managing stakeholders' expectations







  • Excellent interpersonal communications skills







  • C1/C2 English Level







  • A keen operational focus and keeping cool under pressure







  • Being a team player and passionate about our mission and goals
