We’re a fun-loving and super professional international crew and we’re looking to expand our team with an Admin & Orders Coordinator. We’re seeking an energetic and organised mind from Portugal to take on order coordination and to support our Operations manager in projects and administration.

Crushing it here would include:

* helping clients navigate though their order;
* issue invoices and keep a tidy record of the admin documents;
* coordinating with the assembly studio and the sales team on production schedules, making sure everyone is on the same page and the same time schedule;
* maintaining our CRM systems;
* contributing to the better overall organisation of the order fulfillment process;
* support clients with any shipping issues;
* support project organization along with the Operations manager;

What’s most important to us for this role:

* you have a strong sense of responsibility and dependability;
* you are self-driven and proactively seek to help the team;
* you thrive on bringing order to chaos;
* your written and spoken English are impeccable;
* you have a professional approach towards clients;
* passion for tech and crypto is a huge plus, but open-mindedness and personal-drive are good enough without prior experience in the industry;
* any other language is a plus, but not a must.
