What role will you play?

• Be responsible for Digital Asset Management Backlog and priorities


• Close Communication with the business stakeholder. Ensure that the use cases are fully described by the business.


• Define the ?To Be Process? for the Digital Asset Management together with the business stakeholder.


• Be responsible that the user stories are prepared for the Agile Planning meeting (PI). Accept user stories, participates in team demo and retrospectives


• Bring together system knowledge and customer needs


• Have budget ownership and together with the IT project manager the technical and commercial responsibility (incl. planning/forecasting)


• Plan, align and track releases together with the IT project manager


• Analise solutions and suppliers in the market, identify the best solution for Digital Asset Management from the functional aspect.


• Setup a training program for the users and define a roll out plan. Asume the responsibility for the global rollout.


• Closely collaborate IT Project Manager (daily meetings, ?)

We are looking for:

• Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related fields


• More than 5 years of proven working experience as a project manager and/or product owner in the information technology sector


• Advanced knowledge of Project Owner principles, concepts, procedures, practices and tools


• Advanced knowledge with Asset Management Solutions in a responsible position.


• Experience with Agile methodologies


• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer management skills with advanced problem-solving skills


• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills


• Written and spoken English on negotiation level is a must, additional language like German is a plus


• Entrepreneurial proficiencies: leadership skills, output orientation, value oriented and user happiness driven, assertiveness, futurist, driver, analytical, negotiation skills, business admin and commercial capabilities, holistic view


• Customer/provider relationship management soft skills (Stakeholder mgmt., customer centricity, conflict management, leadership and challenger)


• Provider Management Skills


• IT and Business competences.
