Job Purpose

Responsible for delivering sales targets within a customer base of AfH National Accounts by strengthening relationships and creating new business opportunities. Ensures in-store execution of conditions agreed by contract, including the implementation of Trade Marketing & Customer plans defined by CCEP to meet sales targets and visibility in-store. Sourcing new prospects and business opportunities to create and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer base sales targets;




• Guarantee right execution in stores of trade marketing & customer plans as well as the picture of success (PICOS) as defined per segment;




• Know and manage CCEP customers store segmentation;




• Develop sustainable long-term relations with the point of sale, standing as brand ambassador and strengthen connection to promote our brands;




• Reinforce customer loyalty to our products;




• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction;




• Give permanent active feedback on campaigns, competitors, customer needs and expectations;




• Boost new business opportunities in the Public Government sector to increase customer base within the territory assigned.

Profile:

• A bachelor?s degree in business is desirable but not essential;


• At least 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in On Trade market;


• Good level of customer service and inter-personal skills to create first class customer relationships;


• Strong communication and negotiating skills;


• Prioritizing, time management and organization skills;


• Good knowledge of MS Office: excel, powerpoint and word;


• Good knowledge of Spanish and English will be a plus.
