Adecco Recruitment is looking for a Store Manager (M/F) for a reference client in the luxury fashion retail sector.

This person will be responsible for the local store performance and to ensure it is reflecting the vision and goals associated with Brand in Portugal. Achieve the set sales targets and promote excellent customer service. Being a true brand ambassador and a great team leader.

Key tasks & Responsabilities

  Main responsible for the store performance and achieve the set retail and sales targets.

  Identify objectives and set priorities to meet short- and long-term goals and delegating responsibilities to the store team.

  Oversee physical store operations including maintenance to ensure the environment meets health & safety and Company standards.
  


• 
  
  Responsible for reporting to Area Manager/ Retail Manager the sales and retail KPI?s in time. (on a weekly and a monthly basis).
  


• 
  
  Recruit, onboard, train and develop the team ensuring individuals have a clear understanding of the goals and objectives.
  


• 
  
  Motivate the team- Act as a role model to never stop learning and inspire the team to develop.
  


• 
  
  Responsible for creating a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations and targets.
  


• 
  
  Ensure the visual presentation and merchandising of the Store is consistent with Global guidelines.

  Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all admin load that is related to the store and the team.

  University degree
  


• 
  
  Experience of working within retail as Store Manager, preferable within a fashion premium brand

  Strong communication skills, fluent in Portuguese and English.
