An investment management and real estate development company present in Portugal and internationally with the aim to expand and revolutionize soon.
Your new role
This role requires a candidate that has experience with general administration of HR administrative processes, the capability to maintain employees' records, employment contracts and group benefits. Will be responsible for the insurances & work medicine organization and follow up as well as registration in Social Security and other official entities. The candidate will be responsible for the payroll processing and liaison with financial area and all the HR necessary reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast growing organisation, in an international environment. It is mandatory to be fluent in English both spoken and written and a good command of Excel. The ideal candidate will have a creative spirit, strong analytical and organizational skills, proactive and dynamic attitude. It is important to be client focused and have excellent communication skills.
