About The Role:

We have various openings for graduates to join as a trainee consultant that can support through every phase of our client lifecycle and maturity levels. Our Graduate Programme combines training for 8 weeks plus on the job training in ongoing projects.
You will be based in Lisbon, with the opportunity to travel to support our customers in EMEA, APAC and the US.

The role would suit a graduate from one of the leading Portuguese universities with an IT, Business, Engineering or Human Resource Management degree.
The start date for our Graduate Programme will be early September 2022.

The ideal candidate :

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor or Master's in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, IT or a related field.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication, skills


• Decisive and analytical, with close attention to detail


• Fluent English speaking and excellent communication skills essential.
