HR L&D Training Officer for IB Academy Full-time

About the job


The Reporting & Services Lisbon platform is a key component of the CIB Global Human Resources setup. Our mission is to support the CIB HR activities through administration roles & processes monitoring, permanent and ad-hoc reporting with in addition any new processes not already covered by another team. Our main challenge is to set up strong processes with high-end data quality while keeping flexible and open services for the largest set of demanding clients.


Activities of the R&S team include:



  • Headcount monitoring & reporting (ExCo Dashboard?)

  • Systems administration (SPEAR, My Development?)

  • Appraisals & 180° processes management

  • Learning & Development support & reporting

  • Micro Processes management (SMPs, JAD?)


Your Main Activities Are


L&D Catalogue, support & reporting



  • Management and organisation of the training programs and seminars, coordinating with Business lines, the training service providers, Learning & Development (L&D) teams, communication team, and the IB population.

  • Implement and manage analysis of data (quantitative and qualitative) to produces support presentations in reporting to Management. Ensure implementation and accurate monitoring the KPIs of the IB Academy.

  • Proactively Monitor the budget of the IB Academy

  • Actively Participate to the implementation and deployment of the IB academy communication strategy towards all stakeholders.

  • Maintain the network with the local HR teams of EMEA to enrich the local training program and ensure the transfer of knowledge across EMEA.


The person will take part of the L&D team in IB Academy and it should develop a strong partnership with the other members of the team.


L&D tool administration & projects follow-up



  • Setup and follow up of projects from the specifications up to the go live

  • Be the principal point of contact with the tool provider, making the main exchanges regarding the development needs and the new functionalities available

  • Representing IB Academy in meetings regarding My Learning topics

  • Develop and enhance the current processes & services, proposing improvements to better serve our clients


Profile and Skills to Success


Experience



  • Strong reporting & presentation experience

  • Experience in managing multiple projects with consistent quality and timely delivery

  • Systems administration & support (My Development)

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) package minimum at intermediate level
