We are looking for an Operations Admin to join our team, with the main intent to develop and manage of processes that improve the quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Development and management of processes that improve the quality of work for our employees.


• Create, maintain, and manage the internal operations process.


• Responsible for the supplier management.


• Responsible for all workplace-related inquiries, including suppliers and management of incoming invoices. Including questions from our staff on these.


• Assist the HR team with the requests they receive from colleagues on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements

• High level /Native English (minimum C1).


• 1/2 years of experience in an HR or business administration role.


• A great service mind and the ability to prioritize and provide quick support to internal stakeholders, colleagues, employees, and managers.


• A passion for automation, processes, and systems.


• Organisation skills


• Analytical and critical thinking


• Detail-oriented, organized and able to work on multiple projects over the course of a day.


• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team.


• Meticulously high level of attention to detail and accurate documentation of information.
