Job Description

As Coordinator, Tele Service, you will work towards ensuring the coordination of the operations and tasks performed by our Third Party teams (call centre for Europe). You will also create reports for different stakeholders and work on continuous improvement for the different processes.

Major/Key Accountabilities

  • Support and work closely with Team Leads to seek for continuous process improvement, either through leaning processes eliminating waste and/or implementing automations to remove manual workload (with IT support from CHEP and 3rd party contractor)

  • Link with Business Analysts Team on Business Demand Reporting

  • SOPs and Work Instructions maintenance and follow-up

  • Training Lead support to the third-Party Call Centre Trainers

  • Ensure Contact Outcome and management Data Quality, accuracy and adherence to Work Instructions

  • Identify opportunities and contribute to improve processes

  • Participation in Team Projects and Initiatives

  • External Users Data Admin maintenance

What we look for

  • Salesforce, SAP, TMS knowledge desirable

  • Experience in supply chain, Logistics management or Customer Service

  • Good knowledge in MS Office tools such as Excel and Powerpoint

  • Previous experience in working with different diverse cultures and teams

  • Process-oriented mindset

  • Creative in providing potential solutions

  • Able to work independently, have a problem-solving attitude

  • Interpersonal savvy and team spirit


  • English and Portuguese fluency is required.
