About The Role:





We are currently looking for an Operations Assistant to help shape and run our office in Porto. We need a proactive, collaborative and highly organised individual to support our fast-growing team here! You?ll get to work at our Porto office in a friendly and flexible working environment and the opportunity to learn new skills and grow your career, as well as be an integral part of our journey as a company.




What you?ll be doing in the role:



  • Be the first point of contact for office operations and procedures
  • Provide admin support to the Finance and People and Operations teams (ie. Payroll, Onboarding, etc.)
  • Monitor processes and policies in place to improve operational efficiency
  • Manage relationships and contracts with service providers
  • Order office provisions and stock, reviewing and tracking inventory
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment by managing Health and Safety
  • Assist with and organise team/company events and meetups
  • Support creating slide decks and making presentations
  • Reception cover
  • Ad-hoc office duties






You'll be:



  • Someone with a ?Can-do? attitude - you?ll need to be enthusiastic and driven
  • Confident in your organisational skills, with the ability to pay great attention to detail
  • Keen to grow your career and develop in the role
  • Comfortable in assisting outside of your direct responsibilities; using initiative across all areas of your role
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Ability to communicate at a high level in Portuguese and English both verbally and via written mediums - you?ll need to be communicating with all areas of the business!

  • Legally able to live and work in Portugal
