Salesforce Consultant

Your responsibilities

• Support Business Owners with requirements definition and overall backlog prioritization, support third-party partners with estimation and planning
• 
  Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
• 
  Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades, working with Local Admins to coordinate and test releases.
• 
  Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations
• 
  First & Second line support for incidents and service requests pertaining to eBusiness tools and solutions
• 
  Participates in cross-functional CRM / ERP activities
• 
  Defines the operating procedures and ensures their correct understanding and application by the various local actors
• 
  Implements the CRM configuration, customization and developments (third parties)
• 
  Monitors system availability, performance, access controls, malfunctions, provides solutions and validates the response provided
• 
  Create, update and maintain user and technical documentation for tools and solutions
• 
  Stay current and up-to-date on the evolution of the CRM tools and solutions, evaluate new and upcoming releases
• 
  Coordinates and lead local administrator meetings,
  share knowledge and experience with this group

Your qualifications

• Degree in the field of computer science (or equivalent in experience).
• 
  Minimum of 3 years experience as a Salesforce Consultant.
• 
  Proven track record in managing and delivering Salesforce solutions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks. Experience with Veeva is a plus.
• 
  Strong data management abilities, including knowledge of database principles, structures and SQL queries
• 
  Demonstrated experience using Data Analytics & Reporting tools (E.g. Excel, PowerBI)
• 
  Demonstrated experience with being part of or managing Agile projects using Jira, Azure DevOps or similar
• 
  Salesforce.com Admin certified and/or Veeva ?White Belt? Certification is a plus.
• 
  Experience with SAP or D365 is a plus
• 
  Experience with Service, Incident and Change Management tools (E.g. ServiceNow, ivanti) is a plus
• 
  Good interpersonal and communication skills
• 
  Strong team player
• 
  Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required, knowledge in German and/or French is a plus
