We are looking for an outgoing and highly motivated Customer Support Agent to deal with our customers. The CS Agent plays a key role in optimizing the customer experience and also work with different departments in order to solve customers-related issues. To be successful, you should be able to show empathy and have excellent communication skills.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Build strong relationship with existing and new affiliates


• Recruit new affiliates to the program


• Project and manage marketing campaigns for multiple clients and brands


• Monitor Affiliate performance on a regular basis and report to the management and clients


• Optimise campaigns based on analysis and looking for business opportunities


• Oversee delivery of affiliate marketing assets to meet client objectives


• Day to day multiple account management via email, skype and phone


• Receive and organise monthly invoices


• Ensure that the affiliate content is up to date and compliant


• Run competitor analysis and feedback ways to improve performance


• Attend events relevant to the business to meet Affiliates and keep updated about the industry trends.

Main Requirements

• Good Communication Skills


• Fluent in English, other language an advantage


• Analytical and number driven with good knowledge of Excel tool


• Responsive problem solving skills


• Proactive, positive and self motivated


• Excellent team player, willing to learn


• Experience in iGaming


• Experience in Affiliation (advantageous)
