We're looking for a motivated and driven Instructional & E-Learning Designer who will help us shape our department, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success. This position is based in either Lisbon, Madrid or Milan.

Your Tasks ? Paint the world green

• You design and develop e-learnings and expand our FlixUni Learning Management System platform with content (videos, animation, system demos, gamification and more)


• You come up with new, fresh and innovative content strategies to further foster user adoption rates and engagement for digital learning


• You support continuous international expansion, including country and regional launches and post-merger integrations with focus on strengthening the Digital Learning footprint


• You manage various E-Learning related projects (process automation, workflow streamlining, IT improvements, LMS feature development and more)


• You drive continuous improvement, implement new processes, and increase usage and acceptance of the LMS globally


• You work closely with units across Operations, Tech and Country Organizations to ensure that users adhere to established processes and quality standards


• You manage change pro-actively and you can bridge the gap between different kinds of stakeholders

Your Profile ? Ready to hop on board

• You have at least 2 years of experience in content creation/design or other creative fields


• You have experience as an active user/admin with a Learning Management System


• You possess a strong know-how about state-of-the-art visual design-, prototyping- and animation tools


• You show a proactive mindset, ready to take ownership of projects and like to ?get your hands dirty?


• You have worked in an agile way (Scrum, Kanban, Sprints etc.)


• You have experience with Articulate360, Docebo Learning Suite (good to have)


• You are passionate about data -> Microsoft PowerBi, Firebase, Google analytics knowledge is a plus


• You worked with APIs, (this is a plus)


• You are fluent in English (both written and oral)
