Within IQVIA?s Technology Solutions division, our organization is Technology Solutions Global Delivery (TSGD), comprising of 2,200+ colleagues in 22+ countries. We are seeking an experienced and energetic teammate to create and operationalize a common delivery induction program specifically for our TSGD new joiner colleagues that will augment IQVIA?s corporate onboarding. You will collaborate with colleagues across our delivery centers in India, Europe, and the United States to create content and build solutions with an eye toward a timely and effective quality program.

Job Profile

• 
  Design and Deliver the Induction Program:
  
  • Quickly assess current state induction across delivery centers and propose recommended future state
  • 
    Consolidate, synthesize, and build learning assets and activities, in multiple modalities (computer-based, classroom, virtual, multimedia), leveraging best-in-class e-learning authoring software and tools, such as Articulate and Captivate (where appropriate)

• 
  Manage the Induction Program:
  • 
    Create and maintain a detailed project plan across defined phases and communicate status regularly
  • 
    Lead the creation of the induction program end to end: strategy, content design, content build, testing, launch, delivery, admin, and measurement

• 
  Manage End-To-End Induction Operations:
  • 
    Manage program end-to-end including scheduling, communications, training, attendance tracking, marketing, and reporting

• 
  Maintain and Evolve the Induction Program:
  
  • Develop a robust process for content intake, refresh, and maintenance
  • 
    Evolve the induction program and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor?s degree in Business Management, Instructional Design, Curriculum Design and Delivery, or degrees in Business or related fields
• 
  5-7 years? work experience with 2-3 years? experience specifically designing, developing and/or delivering training programs and/or building scalable end-to-end learning programs; line management experience a plus
• 
  Training/Instructional Design/Curriculum Development experience including learning theory concepts to obtain maximum audience engagement and solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• 
  Project Management experience including the ability to manage a detailed project plan and analyze data to create powerful summary dashboards
• 
  Excellent communication in English (oral and written)
  
• Lisbon, Portugal location ? Fully Remote or Hybrid option
