Finance Administrator Full-time

Who You'll Work With



You?ll work in our Lisbon office as part of our global practice hub. You will be responsible for executing a range of tasks to support PACE (Pricing Arrangements and Client Enablement) management and for general administration tasks.



You will reach out to people at all tenure levels in a multi-cultural environment. Given that the set-up of the practice covers many countries, you will work in a virtual team environment.





What You'll Do



You will provide general admin support to the finance and accounting function.



In this role, your responsibilities will include mailbox management, review of materials, keeping a register of cases and ensuring audit readiness. Your other activities will include reviewing documentation for commercial and financial terms and preparing discussion materials in a standard format. You will also maintain internal trackers, perform data consistency checks as well as take part in projects focused on improving and automating existing processes.



On a daily basis, you will work with colleagues from the global PACE team, local offices and client team members. You will perform tasks with little oversight on defined reports/processes and you will present outcomes of your work to various stakeholders within the firm.



Your responsibilities will evolve over time and may vary from the exact description above based on the practice?s needs.



There is flexibility to hire on a different level depending on the candidate's experience.





Qualifications




  • University degree preferably in the finance field

  • Experience in a similar role and environment

  • Good understanding of contractual and commercial aspects of projects

  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office programs especially Excel

  • Excellent customer service orientation

  • Superior organizational skills

  • Very good analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset

  • Distinct quality mindset, attention to detail and timeliness in delivering on commitments

  • Ability to work and stay focused under pressure; ability to manage urgent tasks against tight deadlines

  • Strong written/verbal communication skills

  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in English
