We are looking for an Accountant to join our new team in Portugal.
What are we looking for?

• Higher education in Financial or Economics;
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar roles;
• Processing sales invoices for the whole group ? UK, US and Portugal;
• Maintaining accurate records (timesheets ) for client billing;
• Managing sales ledger;
• Sending monthly statements of accounts to all clients;
• Reconciliation of sales GL?s;
• Chasing outstanding debts;
• Multicurrency bank accounts reconciliation;
• Posting pre-coded purchase invoices;
• Assisting with general accounting tasks;
• Handling and dealing with Operational-finance tasks;
• Task owner for Timesheet records, ensure consultants? time is accurately and timely recorded;
• Maintenance of Payments, time records app ( project codes creation, addition users );
• Adding and maintaining records in all company systems ? Xero ( accounting system), Paymo ( Timesheet system) and HRTool kit;
• Assisting with HR admin tasks;
• Handling Accounts email inbox for any incoming internal and external queries;
• Previous experience in working in finance department ( bookkeeping, ledger experience);
• Good communications skills in English (B2);
