La mission

We?re looking for a highly motivated and talented COO to join Sanjow's team in Lisbon. Your main responsibility will be to manage the Project Managers Team and to develop one or more of our projects around our Admin businesses and around our Online Travel businesses.
You will be responsible for the quality of the product and of the service we provide to our clients and you will be in charge of coordinating our different teams (tech, billing, marketing service, product,?) for the projects you will be responsible for.
You should have demonstrated knowledge/passion for the e-commerce sector. We?re a small team at Sanjow, be ready to get your hands dirty!

You will work directly with senior team members to:

• Manage and develop one or more of our projects


• Hire and manage Project Managers


• Be in charge of the quality of our products and of our services


• Manage different services providers


• Coordinate our different teams (tech, billing, marketing,?) for the projects you will be responsible for


• Find, test, and launch new products and new offers that would fit our portfolio


• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs


• Add value to business each day by providing the right information at the right time


• Implements new ideas and recommendations to improve current processes

Your profile:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as Project Manager


• Great management skills with a minimum of 5 years of experience


• You are fluent in English. Another language (Portuguese, French...) is a plus


• In-depth knowledge of Online Marketing


• Strong analytical abilities, a tech background is a plus but not a requisite


• Some advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (Ninja level is a plus)


• A multicultural background is a plus, you have explored the world and ideally, speak more than two languages


• Great organizational skills


• Ideally some form of entrepreneurial experience


• Curiosity, passion, a lot of energy, ambition, and a great sense of humor (or at least one we can understand)

We are a European e-commerce group specialized in digital services. At Sanjow, we make admin stuff easy and we rock at it! Our businesses are mainly focused on the UK but we are moving oversea.

Our brand's name comes from the contraction of support in Japanese ("sanjo") and flow. It is part of our brand's DNA to assist individuals and businesses with our turnkey online solutions.

After living for 7 years in London, we realized how frustrating and exhausting it can be to take care of bureaucratic paperwork. At this time, we faced time-consuming processes and repeated tasks instead of focusing on what was really essential to us. As digital became a crucial part of our lives (even more with the covid pandemic), we developed custom-build and hassle-free solutions for B2C and B2B customers in the UK.

Thanks to our experience and thanks to our customers' feedbacks, we have developed various tools and platforms and became one of the leaders in the area.
