Learning & Development Analyst Full-time

The purpose of the role is:

  • To support the use of digital learning technology to ensure access to learning and learning administration is well managed, providing a quality experience for learners and their managers.
  • To be the OLC (Oracle Learning Cloud) content and administration expert.
  • To administer the broader global learning network.

This role adds value by:

  • Providing single point of expertise on learning content administration, whether on OLC or LinkedIn Learning.
  • Ensuring that data in the OLC is well established and maintained.
  • Ensuing that queries are effectively and efficiently resolved.
  • Providing global learning admin support to the regions from within the GBS (Global Business Services) team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Functional Learning Leads to add, maintain and archive the learning content on the OLC. Perform regular reviews to ensure the data is kept up to date.
  • Support trainers/facilitators in setting up Instructor Led Training events
  • Provide learner and manager support to access learning (e.g. assigning learning) for both OLC and LinkedIn Learning
  • Produce learning reports as necessary. Support analysis and recommendation of improvement actions
  • Interface with learning projects to support definition of requirements for implementation and transition to OLC. Support with testing as required.
  • Train and support learning administration in the regions
  • Partner with the Oracle System Admin team to resolve issues, support system enhancements, test new functionality.
  • Support Learning Technologies lead in exploring possibilities for enhancements, and integration of other enabling technologies.
  • Interface with vendors when integrating vendor content
  • Partner with broader HR and functional teams to respond to and resolve learning related issues
  • Collaborate with HR and functional teams in identifying, developing and implementing learning related process improvements
  • Partner with Learning & Development Manager in engaging and administering the Global Learning Network

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Qualifications ? University degree or equivalent in Business, IT or other relevant subject preferred
  • At least 5 years? experience with at least 3 years of this working with a Cloud-based Learning Management System, dealing with access, content, reporting, troubleshooting.
  • Experience in emerging learning technologies
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively in English both verbally and written
  • Ability to work proficiently with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
