What role will you play?

• Support and provide User Experience consultancy for our existing internal customer and projects.


• Support our projects in discovering, analysing and refining problems by applying different research methods.


• Analyse insights from user research and ideate on deliverables/improvements.


• Support in the development and improvement of our UX Methodologies, Frameworks.


• Develop User Experience Assessment methodologies to identify UX Maturity within Siemens, as well as delivering initiatives to increase this maturity.

We are looking for:

• A general interest for UX related topics or methodologies.


• Have an interest in project management and the role of a Project Manager.


• Have knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile).


• Previous experience in UX or PM role (nice to have).


• A Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Management, Marketing, Strategy, Psychology or other similar fields.
