We are looking for an IT Support Admin to be responsible for final support and maintenance of all infrastructure.

The key responsibilities will be:

• Install, maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software.


• Procurement and installation of new equipment.


• Troubleshoot network issues.


• Install and upgrade operating systems and computer software.


• Work with contractors and third-party suppliers.


• Experience with administration, managing and troubleshooting Windows and Linux systems.


• Knowledge of infrastructure, network topology, protocols and security, including TCP Protocols, DNS, Routing, NAT, Firewall and VPN knowledge.


• Experience with database servers, relational and non-relational, such as Microsoft SQL Server.


• Experience with mail servers, such as Microsoft Exchange Server.
