Function

You will be responsible for:

• Do the project management of different HR analytics processes
• Develop and analyses data models in order to improve the data transparency
  
• Prepare and present to the HR and Business departments analysis reports related with projects within the HR team
  
• Do the forecast of the new open positions request on the company
• Construct and review the budget
  
• Work together with auditors in calculation of business cases
  
• Training the HR team in the use of new processes and tools
  
• Design and implement new projects
  
• Keep track of accounting topics

Requirements

You are the person we are looking for if:

• You have a degree in accounting, business informatics or finance
  
• You have a native level of English
  
• You have a proven background in a controller position, experience in HR department is a plus
• You have excellent communication and negotiation skills
• You have analytical mindset
  
• You are used to working with different digital systems such as Office package and SAP
  
• You are used to working together with different departments inside an international company environment
