You Come With:

Offering specialized HR Administration support to stakeholders where necessary and helping with trouble shooting, in his/her area of responsibility;
Preparing specialized written advice for stakeholders about legal constrains’ optimization/implementation of processes and procedures on local and global initiatives;
Providing support to departments in the organization, by executing main HR Administration processes and protocols in adherence to procedures and policies;
Analyzing and presenting data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors and legal risks and presenting possible solutions and measures to be validated by stakeholders;
Maintaining organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with comp&ben records;
