About the job


Part of the Smartsourcing & Management Office, the Territory Management Office provides business management support to the Chief Operating Officer and Company Engagement departments as well as project office activities to COO, CIB and Territory. The team is now seeking for a Business Management & Project Office trainee to support the management of COO and CE departments in all topics requiring transversal coordination or consolidation of information such as Human Resources, IT, Facilities, Finance, Business Continuity, Communication, Community Management, Governance and Project Portfolio Management.


Your Main Activities Are


  • Support activities, processes and tasks related to the management of COO and CE departments (Human Resources, IT, Facilities, Finance, Business Continuity, Communication, Community Management, Governance, etc.)

  • Contribute to the efficient management of the portfolio of internal projects

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team?s ways of working

  • Maintain and develop data models for analysis, reporting and decision making purposes

  • Contribute to the management of internal communities (communication plans, events management)

  • Own and maintain the knowledge management and audit trail processes and tools


Profile and Skills to Success


  • Master Degree in Management, Finance or Marketing & Communications

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Excellent command of English (French is a plus)

  • Highly organised

  • Good analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Proficient command of Microsoft tools

  • Energetic, proactive, determined, able to drive change, positive attitude, results oriented, consistent and with high ethics conscience

  • Act with discretion, privacy, confidentiality


About the Team


Smartsourcing & Management Office is part of the COO department of BNP Paribas in Portugal. The team supports the management, growth and transformation of activities in Portugal by providing business and contract management, project management office, advisory and project delivery services. Made of 50+ individuals, the team supports all business lines and has developed over the past years a solid experience and expertise in delivering projects and industrialising processes, while complying with internal policies and regulations.
