Pernod Ricard Portugal is hiring a Finance Control Analyst for the Finance department.
This person will have as main responsibilities:

• 
  Puts in place tools and procedures that allow a control environment and operational efficiency, in coordination with various stakeholders at affiliate and Group level, following up on the business and identifying in advance risks and opportunities in which refers Marketing, Trade Marketing investments and Structure Cost, and providing recommendations and actionable knowledge;
• 
  Assists with the preparation of the Budget (annual) and its accruals (LE), monthly and quarterly projections;
• 
  Elaborates and delivers all relevant financial reports to Pernod Ricard Group and relevant internal stakeholders;
• 
  Supervisions of management applications used and assure flow of information taking into account deadlines;
• 
  Informs on activity, environment, business, and any opportunity or risk;
• 
  Guarantees the veracity and accuracy of the information collected by taking an active role in solutioning any real or potential flaw identified;
• 
  Builds a close relationship with the other teams to have a clear understanding on the business that allows to develop an unbiased and sustained view;
• 
  Acts as a bridge between 3rd parties and accounting dept. to make sure that there is a clear understanding on how and why to proceed in certain ways and what are the implications behind.

Profile:

• 
  Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management/Finance/Accounting (required);
• 
  3 years of work experience in Controlling Areas (required);
• 
  Experience in the beverage sector or FMCG Multinational (preferential);
• 
  Fluent in English (required) and Spanish (preferential);
• 
  Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint (mandatory);
• 
  High capacity for Analysis, Planning and Organization;
•
