Taken for granted by banks and traditional service providers, small businesses have especially struggled to get access to the financial services and software they need. Your team
You will be part of the People Automation & Analytics team, which has the purpose to provide data-driven insights for out internal processes. We build the foundation which enables the People Team to design action plans to solve real problems and improves employees' efficiency through automations.Your Mission
As a Project Manager at SaltPay, you will:

• Be the owner and admin of our People system, which is our "source of truth" when it comes to People Analytics data


• Assure the accuracy of the data for our analysis


• Create automation in the system to trigger accesses and permission for all SaltPay employees


• Analyze the main pain points of our employees, create reports with insights and propose action plans to improve them
