RESPONSIBILITIES

Lisbon based position, remote work allowed, reporting to the UK Team

Primary Tasks

• Act as first point of call as client service for SME Clients
• Helping with administration of trials
• Coordinating Media lists and liaising with Content Team
• Coordination of account management meetings

Secondary Tasks

• Supporting setting up sales sequences
• Sending out and managing contracts
• Maintaining and researching data for CRM
• Sales reporting from CRM
• Management and coordination of documentation for RFP?s
• Maintaining Sales collateral

QUALIFICATIONS

Fluent or native English is mandatory ? all the work will be in English.
