Data Quality Analyst Full-time

About the job



Improve and optimise the quality of the data captured by leading the transformation of the flows streamline in an E2E approach


Your Main Activities Are


  • Data quality

  • Implement and maintain governance with global BR community linked to data quality

  • Monitor and report the KQI leveraging on BRID for all locations

  • Analyse main issues (globally), apply prioritization matrix and identify/define recommendations

  • Define, implement and follow-up recommendations/action plans based on the Group/BP2S/Data Domain Community guidelines and global strategy

  • Act as an escalation point (after the fact) to data quality issues on the flows received for invoice production

  • Flows streamline methodologies

  • Collect, log and map all data flows received for invoice creation (golden source)

  • Engage, agree and follow-up the data flows governance with the upstream

  • Monitor the inclusion of the data capture and treatment within the procedures/check list

  • Analyse flows and identify potential solution for streamline/automation including the potential tool/automation to be applied for each case

  • Engage formally and lead the streamline/automation of the flows in coordination with upstream, locations and production team

  • Monitor and report the evolution of the flows streamline

  • Follow-up upstream system changes analysing potential impacts for BR and issue recommendations

  • Contribute for new client/product on-boarding analysing potential impacts on the data flows

  • Contribute for TAC/NAC process in coordination with BCM and Client Fee Schedule teams


Profile and Skills to Success


  • Undergraduate with at least 3 years experience in data quality and preference of Business Revenue experience.

  • Fluent (C1-C2) in English

  • Behavioural skills:
