Group Strategic Sourcing (at Group and Entity level) supports the Entities of BNP Paribas Group in the Source to Pay process, including procurement, Cost accounting, supplier risk processes and the implementation and management of tools to support the operations. Its mandate covers all the Group external expenses.

Within the Group Strategic Sourcing Services, Transformation & Organisation team is responsible to support the management and run projects that impact the organization and the Bank, namely the integration of new activities and the implementation of new processes.

A Team leader position is available to support the build-up of GS2S and contribute in the implementation of projects. We are looking for someone with a proven record in project management, who is passionate about organisation, has initiative and autonomy, and is able to adapt to the needs and priorities.

Your Main Activities Are

• Coordinate, distribute and monitor the daily working tasks, its accuracy, reliability, quality, exhaustiveness and deadline assurance


• Be directly in charge of complex, confidential and urgent requests


• Manage, guide and assist the team members on their activity


• Monitor and evaluate team?s performance


• Update and ensure the quality and improvement of the documentation, methodology and processes


• Be an example within the organization.


• Coordinate the implementation of new projects in the organization;


• Partner with Managers to support the development of GS2S organization


• Support the implementation, locally and globally, of new processes within the organisation;


• Define, implement and lead Transformation, Steerings and other suited Committees;


• Verify and monitor that the documentation and methodology is updated and in line with the applied processes;


• Collect and present data needed to manage consolidated dashboards (KPI and others reporting);


• Coordinate Risk Assessment exercises and SLA/Contracts creation


• Support local initiatives via projects with all people involved (definition and follow-up of the plan, actions and resources?)


• Contribute to transversal support activities of GS2S.

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor degree in Economics, Management, Finance or Business related areas


• At least 8 years of professional experience in Project Management, Consultancy or Advisory Services


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is mandatory


• Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude, autonomy


• Organizational skills


• Analytical and problem solving skills


• Good attention to detail


• Ability to work with international locations


• Strong team spirit


• Ability to work under tight deadlines and to respect priorities


• Excellent communication skills (spoken & written)


• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment


• Fluency in English (B2 Level minimum, CECRL certificate)is mandatory, French is a strong plus
