PROJECT MANAGER

Position Overview:

IMI is looking for an experienced Project Manager for its upcoming material handling projects, the ideal manager will have previous experience in construction and warehouse management. Additionally, the project manager would ideally be a highly organized individual, with the ability to multitask and plan to maintain budget and project efficiency.

You'll Be Responsible For The Following:

- Ensure that all Health and Safety and Environmental policies are followed.
- Delivering complex project/ program plans and delegating responsibilities.
- Developing and managing plan budgets and business plans for functional areas.
- Ability to prioritize, schedule, and logistically support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Manage and communicate to the teams through the Site Managers or Crew Leads with regular status meetings.
- Provide status updates to the clients on a regular basis and appropriately distributes any issues identified by the client throughout the company and/or third parties to fulfill the client’s needs.
- Provide a project summary, requirements, scope of work, bill of material, key milestones, and the timeline for each client project to the appropriate Site Manager or Crew Lead.
- Maintaining current information on the status of each project and reports as requested by IMI Management, including preparing and presenting manufacturing KPI Reports.
- Facilitating the implementation of continuous project improvements.
- Conducting regular site checks and ensuring efficiency and monitoring progress.
- Determining the material, necessary equipment, and manpower needed to complete the project.
- Ensuring all deadlines are met.

Experience/Education:

We are looking for candidates who’ve attained an Engineering bachelor’s degree in Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, Construction Management, or another related field. An Advanced degree is considered an asset.

We Require the Following From You:

- Between 3-5 years of successful experience in a related project management field.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental EU regulations and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
- Previous experience managing construction projects and budgets.
- Previous experience in construction management and material handling.
- PMP certification or an equivalent will be considered an asset.
- Understanding of construction management processes.
- Demonstrating an understanding of supervisory approaches for work direction and disciplinary action.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to travel internationally and domestically as needed
- Fluent spoken and written English, additional languages capabilities will be a plus.
- Must possess the right to work in the country of employment & across the EEA
- Possess valid EU driving license
- Travel up 90%
