JOB DESCRIPTION

In this position you will...

• Leading the implementation as agile product owner to deliver world class digital solutions via agile ways of working
  
• Driving sprint level prioritization
  
• Driving product lever prioritization
  

You will be responsible for ...

• Working closely with the CX/digital leader and Country General Managers to understand the vision, priorities, recommend/shape and execute a product roadmap and backlog
  
• Working closely with Product Lead, Geographic Product Managers to create the business cases, maintain the product backlog according to business value


• Assessing value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy


• Work in conjunction with the Business Analysts to provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories and define the acceptance criteria and test cases


• Leading the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities


• Participating in the creation of low or high-fidelity prototypes


• Providing an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals


• The facilitation of communication between various parties within internal and external stakeholders

You will require the following qualifications and skills...

• 5+ years in the digital product management industry in roles of Product Owner or Business Analyst


• Knowledge of Insurance product and operations is a plus


• BSc in Business or Computing
  
• Knowledge and execution experience of agile projects


• Excellent understanding of the business value of requirements and can articulate why features are required, what problems they will solve and how they will benefit the end user


• Knowledge of digital product management and digital marketing


• Technical understanding in WEB Applications


• Project management


• English level: Proficient
