Account Manager (German Market) Full-time

Job Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for negotiating and offering lump-sum cash payments to public and private cell tower landlords for an assignment of future rental income associated with their cell sites, over the telephone by performing the following duties.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Research and compiles list of prospective customers for use as acquisition leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, aged leads, business directories, internet websites, and other sources

· Makes outbound calls and lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone, mail, and e-mail to build rapport with prospective landlords and acts as an advisor and subject matter expert, negotiate, qualify leads, and acquire rents

· Originates and acquires wireless infrastructure assets

· Performs market research activities to enhance lead quality

· Utilizes CRM system to manage pipeline and create lead activities & uploads transaction documents in M-Files

· Delivers on monthly/quarterly/annual goals as required

· Work with functional departments (Marketing, Data, IT, Finance, Property Management, Legal, etc.)

· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending sales training meetings (and providing valuable input); reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices

Education:

· Qualifications graduate degree in Business or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

· Experience in finance, real estate, telecom, lease negotiation, site acquisition or similar

· Proven ability to drive sales process to a close; must be motivated by closing deals

· Strong negotiation and closing expertise with a proven track record

· Fluency in English & German is required (both oral and written)

Technical Skills:

· Proven ability to drive sales process to a close; must be motivated by closing deals

· Ability to use CRM and associated dashboard and reporting functionality

· Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), internet and database management)

Soft Skills:

· Demonstrated ability to sell to all levels inside an organization

· Highly motivated self-starter with strong leadership and relationship building skills

· Demonstrated ability to work through regulated companies? procedures to contract for Infrastructure services

· Organized and detail orientated

· Demonstrated ability to problem solve

· Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Permanent

Salary: 25,000.00? - 35,000.00? per year
