About Tech at Trustly:
Trustly is a tech company at heart. Two of our three founders are developers and you?ll get the chance to work alongside many talented and motivated colleagues who will help you learn and grow. We mainly use Java, PostgreSQL, and Javascript and focus heavily on open source technologies.
You will be part of Internal IT (team Office IT Stockholm), which supports both the office and developers, both locally and remotely, and provides tools so that they can be as effective and efficient as possible.
About the role:
As a member of the Internal IT team, you will be located in the Lisabon office and support the employees with troubleshooting, installations, and ordering hardware through the Stockholm office as well as software in their daily work. The hardware includes Macs, iPhones, Apple TVs, printers, and scanners for on-site offices.
Office IT is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day work associated with managing and processing IT hardware distributed to the end-user population. This position is responsible for provisioning laptops, and other mobile devices. Other duties consist of prepping new hire bundles, processing equipment intake, and testing and repairing equipment.
The right person for this position will be excited to test, troubleshoot and support new hardware and services and have an interest in automation and efficiency.

Who you are:

    • Service-minded

    • Able to work with minimum supervision but still provide results

    • Comfortable with Apple Hardware and Software (macOS, iOS, tvOS iPad OS) macOS and iOS admin experience

    • Google workspace admin - API Knowledge

    • Atlassian - Jira / Confluence

    • SSO - OKTA

    • Network support - Wifi

    • Linux / Ubuntu

    • Good problem-solving skills from software questions to hardware

    • Printer support and maintenance

    • Experience with GSuite

Advantage if you have knowledge of:


    • Audio/Video support

    • Meeting room equipment support (Google Meet)

    • MDM (Jamf Pro and Google device management)

    • Scripting AppleScript (Bash, Python)
