Associate Partnership Manager Full-time

We?re hiring an Associate Partner Manager to play a pivotal role in how we manage and drive business through our growing technology partner ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with our technology partners. You will work in a highly cross-functional role with revenue and marketing to uncover new sales opportunities in target accounts. You will bring strong organization to how we track and report on partner activities.

Requirements


How you will make an impact


  • Partner Management: Own the day to day relationships for a portfolio of strategic technology partners

  • Business Development: Work cross functionally with internal teams and partners to identify new business opportunities and drive pipeline progression

  • Own Partner Systems: Leverage both internal and external platforms to ensure proper tracking of partner activity, and collaborate on target accounts

  • Own Partner Accreditation: Maintain and advance Unbabel?s technology partner certifications and competencies

  • Partner Enablement: Work with each partner?s customer facing teams to build a deep understanding of our joint value proposition and drive co-selling initiatives


About you


  • You are passionate about Customer Service, and about removing language barriers to connect people across the world

  • You are passionate about technology and business

  • You are an exceptional communicator able to build excitement and support for your ideas

  • You are self-motivated, highly organized and are accountable

  • You are comfortable in ambiguous and evolving environments


Experience


  • Ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience in a sales or partnership related role

  • Understanding of Saas business models and go-to-market strategies
  • Knowledge and experience with Customer Service and support platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Intercom is highly desirable
