We?re growing our client services team and looking for a quality-driven and committed Client Services Assistant to support and help our clients thrive. We love team players and tech-savvy people.

You will help us support and manage our clients while liaising with our different teams and departments. Your goal is to provide a high-quality service while being part of a multidisciplinary team that strives to keep our clients happy and engaged. Your day-to-day responsibilities and tasks will include:

• Managing inbound calls.

• Making outbound calls to existing clients.

• Redirecting clients to designated departments, teams, and resources according to their needs.

• Be the point of contact between the client and the team.

• Registering support and service requests with our ticketing system.

• Maintaining an open dialog with our clients while supporting them.

Requirements

• Experience dealing with the public.

• Call center experience.

• Tech-savvy and experienced using technology and digital systems.

• Highly organized and fast learner.

• Team player with the capacity to perform tasks independently and proactively.

• Able to deal with the change in a tech environment.

• Great communication skills (spoken and written)

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
