The Middle Office Helpdesk supports our Accounts Payable activities in the Source to Pay (S2P) Middle Office Department. This team is in charge of analysing and handling information requests from internal clients and external suppliers.

The Middle Office Helpdesk Team Leader will manage a team of Helpdesk agents that support our Accounts Payable activities.

Your Main Activities Are

• Coordinate and distribute the daily working tasks


• Obtain, analyse and prepare reporting information


• Monitor and evaluate team?s performance


• Manage complex and urgent requests


• Update and ensure the quality and improvement of the documentation and processes.

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor?s degree (or equivalent by experience) in Finance, Business administration or related areas


• At least 3 years of experience as a Team Leader, and at least 5 years of professional experience in a Helpdesk/Contact Centre environment


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) is mandatory


• Knowledge of SAP and Accounts Payable processes or experience in a related area is a strong plus


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure


• Strong customer orientation


• Active listening


• Dynamic and pro-active


• Accurate and rigorous


• Strong verbal and written communications skills


• Fluency in English (minimum B2 Level, CECRL certificate) and French is mandatory
