The Personal Assistant's role is to support the GM and allow him to handle his workload more efficiently.

The Company
Quinta dos Vales is the leading winery in the Algarve, founded with the dual focus of wine & art. It is a horizontally diversified structure, as the marketing focus is wine & art, but the major source of turnover is in tourism, whether in the form of wine tastings, events or accommodation rentals. The GM is involved in each area of the company, so the PA will need to familiarise themselves with a wide range of fields.

Functions

- conducting research;

- reports, executive summaries, newsletters and small articles

- preparing analytic presentations;

Requirements

- Fluency in English and good Portuguese;

- Bachelors degree or equivalent with top results;

- Strong analytic and writing skills

- Intelligence more important than experience
