Effectively send communications to entire office, via Teams and email.

Compose emails, perform scans, file paperwork and send faxes.

Perform all mail associated tasks, I.e.: certified, overnight, tracking/follow up and source best pricing.

Coordinate a complex domestic and international travel schedule for the CMO.

Becomes familiar with the specific, detailed needs of the team; creates consistent travel itinerary portfolios and is responsive during travel to quickly address any unforeseen changes or cancellations.

Compile and track all admin expenses through the company?s expense report system.

Organize and coordinate scheduling of conference rooms.

Executes and documents monthly and annual events.

Maintain team member communication boards.
