You come with:

Language skills: C1 German and C1 English;
Education: University level Bachelor degree & above;
At least 4-5 years of experience as a trainer, preferably also management experience.
Your day in Conectys:

· The Trainer is responsible for developing, conducting, evaluating, and improving the professional competencies of Conectys Operations employees, through the training programs available or created;

· Conform with and anticipate client/customers’ expectations;

· Assure customer satisfaction increase and achieve objectives set at Operations/Project level;

· Providing training and onboarding for new employees, ensuring training materials;

· Providing training and development programs for new and experienced employees to continuously improve individual and departmental performance;

· Creating business cases to support continuous improvement in order to make informed choices.
