LCWW Group is a Marketing and Events company that is leading the way in all things FELINE! We have successfully executed 25 events in the UK and Portugal over the last 5 years and we now plan to grow with 20 more events planned in the UK, Portugal, Ireland, Netherlands and the USA. We are adding new countries every month! We are looking for someone as passionate as we are, who can captivate and excite our clients and turn them into a loyal customer base.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A:

SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

This will be a REMOTE position, although some meetings at the office in AVEIRO might be required. This is a Monday-Friday role, but the right person will be fully involved, as some night and weekend work might be necessary. Please take note of that before applying.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identifying suitable new clients through intense market research
• Generating new clients via email phone calling
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospect clients
• Managing important client contracts and reporting back to the Administration on a daily basis
• Develop and close sales opportunities, including negotiate contracts and pricing in accordance with company strategies and business goals
• Re-engaging dormant accounts
• Be empathetic with our clients' needs and extremely proactive in solving their inquiries requestsproblems
• Ensuring our clients 100% satisfaction

YOUR PROFILE:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Sales B2B environment
• Excellent communication skills in English , both written and verbal (C2 minimum is required)
• In-depth knowledge of the market and an excellent set of negotiation skills
• High experience in B2B development, namely lead generation, qualification and closing deals
• High experience in customer management and customer success policies
• A strong sense of responsibility
• Keenness to travel (25% might be expected)
