SALES REPRESENTATIVE Retail


MISSION: IDENTIFY, DEVELOP AND CARRY OUT SALES FOR THE COMPANY ON THE RETAIL CHANNELS


  • Develop the current client base focusing on the retail channels, special focus on the modern retail and locksmiths;

  • Materialize a high growth plan for the retail channels;

  • Identify new business opportunities with the growing innovative products pipeline in the special retail formats embracing Home Automation or Smart Door Locks;

  • Organize and update product range offer with latest innovations and fast launch them in these channels;

  • Liaise with EMEA and Iberia Business Development, Marketing, Supply Chain and Support teams is key for success;

  • Analyze the market trends to carry out market actions;

  • Establish long-term relationship with customers and business partners


CAND CANDIDATE PROFILE


  • We are looking for a self-motivated person with knowledge, proven experience & understanding of internal and external company business flow.
  • Electronics Engineering, Marketing, Management or appropriate degree

  • Fluent English spoken is mandatory, Spanish knowledge is important

  • Proven experience at the sales field working with DIY and modern retail, preferably with smart locks, Electronic Security, connected products or equivalent with successful achievements

  • Product management and business development experience is highly recommended

  • Proactive in resolving challenging situations being able to propose alternative solutions

  • Flexible and adaptable to changes with a high working capacity

  • Salary according to position and responsibility level, base location in Lisbon / Porto areas
