Your Profile

• 
  Proficient in German and Fluent in English
• Available to work from Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 17:00
• Ability to think critically and thoughtfully
• Ability to communicate precisely and professionally

Your Responsibilities

• 
  Be the primary contact and advocate to deliver a best-in-class product experience to corporate clients (IT manager, directors, etc.)
• Manage phone and live chat communication with customers
• Management of Microsoft partner portfolios
• Optimise the technical equipment of the partner companies
• Acquire knowledge of the Microsoft products, as well as of competing products, in order to be able to explain the advantages of the Microsoft brand
• Act as business advisor and marketing manager to help the customer make the right choice
