About the job

IT Architecture position, within the IT Innovation Team, supporting the team on designing and implementing solutions accordingly with business needs. Contributing to the implementation of the toolchain to automate API deployment and the implementation of cloud native applications.

Your Main Activities Are

• Work with multiple

  
  

  projects & applications? technical leaders to establish new standards around the tools, frameworks & methods to design, implement & test APIs

  
  

• In collaboration with API developers, testers & designers define a set of rules & practices for the whole organization

  
  

• Communicate regularly on your tasks & progress to the local technical leader & the project management

  
  

• Develop a coaching culture within the company to easily share the knowledge

  
  

Profile and Skills to Success

• Ability to write & review code in Java as well as Java development frameworks (Spring + SpringBoot Framework, mandatory)

  
  

• Knowledge in API Management tools and platforms (preferably Google APIGEE)

  
  

• Knowledge in API design, implementation & test, including production of Swagger files as well specific knowledge in: Swagger, JSON, OAS, Open API

  
  

• Experience in Agile Project Management principles and Agile Software Development, such as Kanban, Scrum, XP

  
  

• Experience in development platforms (Eclipse, Intellij,?)

  
  

• Experience in other programming paradigm than OOP (reactive programming)

  
  

• Experience in cloud native architecture

  
  

• Knowledge and experience in Continuous Integration & Continuous delivery (Jenkins, Maven, Ansible, GitLab)

  
  

• Technical proficiency on security standards and frameworks (oauth2, Openld)

  
  

• Knowledge in complex infrastructures, general application architecture definition and follow-up, Containers (Docker/Kubernetes)

  
  

• Understanding of leading edge best practices in design, implementation & testing as well as the ability to suggest innovative solutions

  
  

• Experience in communicating with different stakeholders (project manager, product owner, sponsor, dev team and other architects)

  
  

• Excellent spoken & written English capabilities (mandatory)

  
  

• Excellent communication skills and ability to create vision

  
  

• Genuine interest in the latest innovative technology

  
  

• Pragmatic and critical thinking focused on solutions
