What you'll do:

• 
  Support the marketing team in expanding our Emma e-commerce shop in the Brazilian market
• 
  You will be in charge of optimizing our marketing efforts by establishing new strategic partnerships that can bring incremental traffic and revenues
• 
  You will help in improving our website and bring up new ideas to make our performance even better
• 
  You will provide support in improving our affiliates and influencers marketing strategy
• 
  You will create ad-hoc analyses and reports through which you will identify growth opportunities

Who we're looking for:

• 
  You are studying or recently graduated from a degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• 
  You speak fluent Brazilian Portuguese and English
• 
  At best, you gained some practical work experience in marketing as an intern
• 
  You have strong analytical skills and learn quickly
• 
  You have the interpersonal skills to negotiate and retain partnerships
• 
  You like to take on responsibility and are able to work independently
